What upload formats are supported?

The paid MVP accepts JPG, PNG, and WebP portrait uploads up to 25MB, then generates short 720p or 1080p clips.

How long does video generation take?

Most 4-8 second clips should complete in a few minutes, depending on the selected provider model and queue load.

Can I get a refund for unused credits?

Credits are generally non-refundable except as required by law or when we decide a service failure warrants a refund. There is no recurring billing in the current launch flow.
